Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out the purposes for which information collected through the website and project brief application operated by dyrdev. is used, how it is protected, and what users are responsible for. It applies together with the KVKK Privacy Notice.

The Turkish version of this text is the authoritative one. Translations are provided for information only; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish text prevails.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the services offered on the dyrdev.com domain and its subpages. dyrdev. is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites linked from the site.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you enter directly: brief form answers, contact and callback requests.
  • Technical information: a limited number of technical records necessary to maintain the session and prevent abuse.
  • Preferences stored in your browser: language, theme, an unfinished brief draft, and state relating to the promotional card.

3. What we use the information for

  • To assess your request, work out the scope and prepare a quote.
  • To get in touch with you and run the process.
  • To maintain service quality and site security.
  • To meet legal obligations.

4. Marketing and commercial electronic messages

dyrdev. does not send commercial electronic messages without separate consent under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. Contact made with you is informational and follows from your own request.

5. Third-party service providers

Hosting, messaging (Telegram, WhatsApp) and communication infrastructure providers are used in order to deliver the service. Those providers' own privacy policies and terms of use apply; dyrdev. cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from those platforms' service interruptions, data policies or practices.

6. Security measures

That said, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. dyrdev. is not liable for damage arising from cyberattacks not attributable to it, third-party infrastructure breaches, or security weaknesses originating with the user.

  • All data transfer takes place over an encrypted connection.
  • Input is validated on both the client and the server side.
  • Access codes are stored only as hashes.
  • Session information is held in a signed, httpOnly cookie and expires after a set period.
  • Rate limiting and automated-submission barriers are applied to the endpoints.
  • Dependencies are scanned for known vulnerabilities.

7. User responsibilities

  • Not entering passwords, card details, identity numbers or special-category personal data into the form fields.
  • Not sharing the access code issued to you with third parties.
  • Providing accurate, current and lawful information.
  • Sharing information belonging to third parties only where you have the necessary legal basis.

8. Retention periods

Information is retained for as long as the purpose of collection requires and for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Draft data held in your browser expires by itself after 24 hours.

9. Minors

The site is intended for businesses engaged in commercial activity and their representatives. People under the age of eighteen should not fill in the form. Where we learn of such a case, the relevant records are deleted.

10. Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated when necessary. The current text is published on this page and takes effect on the date of publication.
